Cancellation & Refund Policy

We believe in transparency. This policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and plan changes work on PlanMySaaS. We want you to feel confident about your subscription — no hidden fees, no surprises.

1. Free Trial

All new accounts automatically receive a 7-day free trial upon registration. No credit card is required to start the trial. During your trial you have full access to the features included in your prospective plan. At the end of the 7-day period, access to paid features is restricted until you subscribe. The free trial is available once per account.

2. Cancelling Your Subscription

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access to all paid features until that date. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing cycle. You will not be charged again after the cancellation takes effect.

3. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to PlanMySaaS are strictly non-refundable. Because we provide a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, users have the opportunity to fully evaluate the platform before committing to a payment. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly agree that no refunds — full, partial, or pro-rated — will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: dissatisfaction with the product, accidental purchases, or unused subscription time. If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@planmysaas.com and we will investigate promptly.

4. Switching Plans

You may upgrade or downgrade between Starter, Pro, and Team plans at any time from the Billing section of your dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be charged for the new plan price. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. Your projects and data are preserved across plan changes, though access to features not included in your new plan will be restricted.

5. Data Retention After Cancellation

When you cancel your subscription, your account and all project data are retained for 30 days following the end of your billing period. During this window, you can reactivate your subscription and regain immediate full access. After 30 days of inactivity with no active subscription, your data may be permanently deleted. We recommend using the Export feature in your project dashboard before cancellation if you wish to retain a local copy of your work.

6. Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from your Account Settings. Account deletion is irreversible and immediately removes all associated projects, blueprints, and workspace data. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription time at the point of account deletion. If you have an active subscription at the time of deletion, you will retain access until the end of the current billing period but the account will be permanently deleted thereafter.
