Welcome to PlanMySaaS. These Terms of Service govern your use of our platform and services. Please read them carefully before using our services. By using PlanMySaaS, you agree to these Terms in their entirety.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PlanMySaaS ("the Platform"), operated by ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD, 1st Floor, Kunj Bihar, Old Argora, Ranchi 834002, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of any modifications. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at support@planmysaas.com. PlanMySaaS is not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account.

3. Free Trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial automatically upon registration. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, access to certain features will be restricted unless you subscribe to a paid plan. Trial accounts are subject to the same usage policies as paid accounts. We reserve the right to modify or end the trial offer at any time.

4. Subscription and Payment

PlanMySaaS offers paid plans — Starter ($49/month or $39/month billed annually), Pro ($79/month or $63/month billed annually), and Team ($199/month or $159/month billed annually). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the start of each billing cycle. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

5. No Refund Policy

All payments made to PlanMySaaS are non-refundable. Because we offer a 7-day free trial with no credit card required, we do not issue refunds — partial or full — for any subscription payments after they have been processed. By subscribing, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain full access until that date.

6. Use of Services

You may use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Platform to violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law; to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content; to interfere with the operation of the Platform; or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform.

7. AI-Generated Content

PlanMySaaS uses artificial intelligence powered by OpenAI (GPT models) and Anthropic (Claude models) to generate product blueprints, architecture diagrams, feature specifications, code prompts, and other outputs. Your product descriptions and inputs are processed by these third-party AI providers to generate content. All AI-generated content is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and implementing any AI-generated content. PlanMySaaS does not guarantee the suitability, accuracy, or completeness of any generated outputs, and nothing produced by the platform constitutes legal, financial, or engineering advice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content you create using PlanMySaaS belongs to you. The Platform, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by PlanMySaaS and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Platform itself without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PlanMySaaS and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. Paid subscribers whose accounts are terminated for cause will not be entitled to a refund for the unused portion of their subscription period.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration.
