Do I need an account to leave a review?+
No. You can submit a review anonymously — no login, no signup. If you want a direct reply from the team, optionally leave an email; otherwise we just use your review to shape the product.
Why is my review not showing up immediately?+
Every review goes through moderation before appearing publicly — this is how we keep the page free of spam and off-topic posts. Moderation happens within one business day. You'll see your review on the page once approved.
Will you reject a critical review?+
No. Critical reviews are the most valuable signal we get. Reviews are only rejected for spam, abusive language, or off-topic content. Even strongly critical reviews get published in full.
Can I delete a review after submitting?+
Email support@planmysaas.com with your review details and we'll remove it. We keep an audit trail for moderation purposes but it's not publicly visible once deleted.
What happens with the email I leave?+
Only the team sees it. Your email never appears publicly. We only use it to reply personally when the feature you asked for ships, or to follow up on a bug report. No marketing, no newsletter enrolment.
Why can I also review on feedbackqueue.dev and Trustpilot?+
Different visitors trust different platforms. We list third-party options so you can review wherever you're most comfortable. The team reads feedback from each and treats all three equally when prioritising the roadmap.
Do reviews change the product?+
Often yes, and often within weeks. Several features shipped in the past six months started as reviews — a specific export format, a navigation change, a clearer credit-balance display. Every Monday the product team reviews the week's feedback.
Can I reply to someone else's review?+
Not directly — public reviews are one-way (you rate, we can reply). If you have a different experience to share, leave your own review. If you want to discuss a review with the team, email support@planmysaas.com.
Is there a minimum review length?+
Yes, 20 characters. Short reviews ("great tool") are less useful than specific ones. A sentence or two describing what worked or what didn't is usually plenty.
How do you prevent fake / paid reviews?+
Rate limiting (max 3 reviews per IP per day), honeypot + timing checks to block bots, and manual moderation. We never pay for reviews, incentivise positive reviews, or edit reviews to remove criticism.
