PlanMySaaS, a unit of ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD, 1st Floor, Kunj Bihar, Old Argora, Ranchi 834002, India ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform. Please read this policy carefully. If you disagree with its terms, please discontinue use of the platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly when you create an account, use our services, or contact us for support. This includes your name, email address, and any content you create within PlanMySaaS (product ideas, blueprints, descriptions). We also collect usage data including how you interact with the platform, features you use, and pages you visit. If you sign up via Google, we receive your Google account name, email, and profile picture.
2. Payment Information
Payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. PlanMySaaS does not store your full credit card number or payment credentials on our servers. When you subscribe, Stripe securely processes and stores your payment information in accordance with PCI-DSS standards. We receive a limited set of billing details from Stripe (customer ID, subscription status, invoice amounts) which we use to manage your subscription.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve our services; to process your subscription and send billing receipts; to operate the AI generation features of the platform using your product descriptions and inputs; to respond to your support requests; and to send important service updates. Our AI features are powered by OpenAI (GPT models) and Anthropic (Claude models). When you use AI generation, your product descriptions and inputs are sent to these providers to generate blueprints, architecture, features, and other artifacts. These providers process your data under their respective data processing agreements and do not use your inputs to train their models. We do not use your product blueprints or AI-generated content to train third-party AI models without your explicit consent.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Neon (PostgreSQL) and Vercel infrastructure. We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or 30 days post-cancellation with no reactivation, your data may be permanently deleted. You may request an export of your data at any time by contacting support@planmysaas.com.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information to any third party. We share data only with trusted service providers required to operate the platform — including Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (hosting). Each provider is contractually bound to handle your data securely and confidentially. We may disclose information if required by applicable law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
6. Cookies and Sessions
We use a secure, HTTP-only session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels. You can clear this cookie by logging out or clearing browser storage. Some platform features require session state and may not function correctly if cookies are disabled in your browser.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to access, update, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. You may also request that we restrict processing of your data or object to certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, email us at support@planmysaas.com. We will respond within 5 business days. You may also delete your account at any time from your Account Settings.
8. Changes to This Policy
We update this Privacy Policy from time to time. For material changes, we will notify you by email or by placing a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
