How billing works
Plans, free trial, what gets locked after trial, and how to manage your PlanMySaaS subscription.
7-day free trial
Every new account gets a 7-day free trial automatically upon registration. No credit card is required to start. During your trial you have full access to all features — the planning wizard, AI generation pipeline, Prompt Studio, Growth Engine, and all exports.
Your trial countdown starts from the moment you create your account. You'll see a trial banner in the app showing how many days you have left.
When your trial ends, you'll need to subscribe to a plan to continue. See below for what happens if you don't.
What happens when the trial expires
After 7 days without a subscription, access to paid features locks automatically. You'll see a paywall overlay on locked pages. Here's exactly what stays accessible vs what locks:

Your data is never deleted when the trial expires. Subscribe at any time to immediately restore full access to everything.

All prices are in USD. Annual billing saves 20% vs monthly. Switch between billing cycles anytime from the Billing section of your dashboard.
No refund policy
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because every account gets a full 7-day free trial with no credit card required, you can evaluate the platform completely before committing to payment. See our Cancellation Policy for full details.
If you believe you were charged in error, contact support@planmysaas.com and we'll investigate promptly.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Billing → Cancel Plan. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then. You won't be charged again.
Data retention after cancellation
Your account and all project data are retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. Reactivate at any time during this window to regain immediate full access. After 30 days with no reactivation, data may be permanently deleted.
