Build success rate
The circular progress indicator shows the percentage of AI generations that completed successfully vs those that failed. This metric is calculated across all generation events in your workspace.
The most common cause of generation failures is incomplete wizard context. The more detail you provide in the Idea step, the more reliably the AI can generate all downstream stages.
Project type distribution
The stacked bar chart shows the categories of your active projects, derived from the category you select in the project wizard. This helps you visualize your portfolio diversity.
Categories include B2B SaaS, Consumer App, Marketplace, Internal Tool, Mobile App, AI/ML Product, E-commerce, and more. Up to 5 categories are shown with proportional color segments.
Activity feed
The activity feed is a chronological timeline of all AI generation events in your workspace, grouped by date. Each event shows:
- Event type — Research completed, Architecture generated, Feature specs generated, Phase plan generated, Prompt pack generated, Full pipeline completed
- Success/failure status — Color-coded green for success, red for failure
- Project name — Which project the event belongs to
- Timestamp — Relative time (e.g., '2h ago', '3d ago')

Understanding your metrics
Average pipeline completion
Shown in the Pipeline Progress panel header, this percentage is the average completion across all active projects. If you have 3 projects and they are 100%, 66%, and 33% complete, the average is 66%.
What a healthy workspace looks like
- Build success rate above 85%
- Most projects have at least Research + Architecture completed
- Regular activity in the feed (shows active usage)
- No persistent red/failed events without follow-up regeneration
