Dashboard overview
Your command center for tracking projects, pipeline progress, workspace health, and activity across your entire SaaS planning workflow.
What you see when you log in
The Dashboard is the first screen you see after signing in. It provides a real-time overview of your entire workspace — projects, generation activity, pipeline health, and quick shortcuts to every major action.
The dashboard is fully data-driven. Every metric, chart, and suggestion updates automatically based on your actual project data. There are zero hardcoded numbers — everything reflects your real workspace state.
KPI cards
At the top of the dashboard, four KPI cards give you an instant snapshot:

Smart suggestions
If the system detects important next steps, it shows contextual suggestions at the top of the dashboard. These are smart and adaptive:
- New user with no projects? → 'Create your first project to start building'
- Projects exist but no research? → 'Run research on one of your projects to unlock deeper insights'
- Projects exist but no exports? → 'Export your first blueprint bundle — ready to share with developers'
Suggestions disappear automatically once you complete the recommended action.
Pipeline progress overview
The Pipeline Progress panel shows how far along your projects are across the 6-stage generation pipeline:
- Research — Market analysis, competitor intelligence, audience profiles
- Architecture — System architecture, component diagrams, service boundaries
- Features — Feature specifications with priority rankings (Now/Later/No)
- Tech Design — Technical design documents, API structures, database schemas
- Phases — Sprint-based development phases with story point estimates
- Prompts — AI-optimized prompt packs for Cursor, Copilot, Claude
Each stage shows a progress bar indicating how many of your projects have completed that stage. The average completion percentage is displayed in the header.
Workspace health
The Workspace Health panel gives you two critical metrics:
Build success rate
A circular progress indicator showing the percentage of successful AI generations vs failures. A healthy workspace should be above 80%. If you see many failures, check the Troubleshooting guide.
Project type distribution
A stacked bar chart showing the categories of your projects (B2B SaaS, Marketplace, Consumer App, etc.). This helps you visualize the diversity of your portfolio.
Project pipeline status table
Below the analytics, a detailed table shows every active project with its pipeline completion status. Each row displays:
- Project name and category
- 6 pipeline stage indicators (checkmark = completed, empty circle = pending)
- Overall completion percentage with visual progress bar
Click any row to jump directly into that project's overview page.
Recent projects & activity feed
The bottom section is split into two panels:
Recent projects
Shows your most recently updated projects with category tags and time-ago labels. Click any project to open it.
Activity feed
A chronological timeline of all AI generation events — research completions, architecture generations, prompt pack creations, and more. Events are grouped by date and color-coded by success/failure status.

Six quick-action cards at the bottom provide one-click access to the most common tasks:
