Login and authentication

Can't log in? Forgot your password? Here are fixes for common sign-in issues.

Forgot your password

Go to the login page and click Forgot password. Enter your registered email — you'll receive a reset link within 2 minutes.

Check your spam/junk folder if the email doesn't arrive. Sender is noreply@planmysaas.com.

If you signed up with Google, you don't have a password — use the Continue with Google button instead.

Google login not working

Browser is blocking popups

Allow popups from planmysaas.com in your browser settings and try again.

Wrong Google account

If you have multiple Google accounts, ensure you're selecting the one you signed up with.

Third-party cookies blocked

In Safari: Settings → Privacy → disable 'Prevent cross-site tracking'. In Chrome: Settings → Cookies.

Account locked or suspended

Accounts are temporarily locked after 10 failed login attempts. Wait 15 minutes, then try again with the correct credentials. If your account was suspended for a billing issue, contact support@planmysaas.com.

Session keeps expiring

Sessions last 30 days on trusted devices. If you're being logged out frequently, ensure your browser isn't set to clear cookies on exit. In incognito mode, sessions always end when the window closes.
