Changing your plan
Upgrade, downgrade, or switch between monthly and annual billing from your workspace settings.
How to upgrade
Go to Settings → Billing in your workspace. Click Upgrade Plan or Change Plan and select the tier you want.
Upgrades take effect immediately — you're charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period, then the full new plan amount on your next billing date.
How to downgrade
In Settings → Billing click Change Plan and select a lower tier. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep full access until then.
Annual plan holders who switch to monthly mid-year do so at the next renewal date — no refunds are issued for unused annual time.
If you downgrade to a plan with fewer projects than you currently have active, you'll be asked to archive the excess projects before the downgrade completes.
Monthly vs Annual billing
Annual billing is available at a 20% discount across all paid plans. Switch to annual from Settings → Billing → Switch to Annual.
Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at the next annual renewal — you won't be moved to monthly mid-year.
Cancelling your subscription
Go to Dashboard → Billing and click Cancel Plan. Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access to project sub-pages, Growth Engine, and team features locks — your dashboard, billing page, and settings remain accessible.
Data retention
Your data is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. You can reactivate at any time during this window to regain immediate full access. After 30 days with no reactivation, data may be permanently deleted.
