Managing workspaces

Workspaces let you organise projects by client, product line, or team — with separate billing and member management for each.

What is a workspace?

A workspace is an isolated environment within your Plan My SaaS account. Each workspace has its own projects, team members, settings, and billing. A single account can belong to multiple workspaces — useful for agencies managing multiple clients, or for separating personal and business projects.

Every account gets one default workspace automatically on signup. Additional workspaces are available on Builder plan and above.

Creating a new workspace

Click the workspace name/logo in the top-left of the sidebar to open the workspace switcher. Click Create Workspace. Give it a name and click Create — you'll be switched to the new workspace immediately.

Switching between workspaces

Click the workspace name in the top-left of the sidebar. All your workspaces are listed. Click any to switch. Each workspace remembers the last project and page you were on.

Workspace settings

Go to Settings (gear icon) within any workspace to manage:

  • Workspace name and slug
  • Team members and roles
  • Billing (each workspace has its own subscription)
  • Default generation preferences
  • Project archiving and deletion

Deleting a workspace

Go to Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Workspace. You must archive or delete all projects first. Only the workspace owner can delete a workspace. This action is permanent and immediate.
