Invoices and payments

Download past invoices, update your payment method, and understand how charges appear on your bank statement.

Downloading invoices

Go to Settings → Billing → Invoice History. All past invoices are listed with date, amount, and status. Click Download PDF next to any invoice.

Invoices are also emailed automatically each billing cycle to your account email. To receive them at a different address (e.g. your accountant), add it in Settings → Billing → Billing Email.

Invoices are generated through Stripe. On your bank statement and Stripe receipt, charges appear as ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD — this is the registered company name that operates Plan My SaaS.

Why does my receipt say ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD?

ZTXO ARTLFY PVT LTD is the registered company behind Plan My SaaS. It is registered in India at: 1st Floor, Kunj Bihar, Old Argora, Ranchi, Jharkhand, India — 834002. The Plan My SaaS product and website are operated by this entity.

Updating your payment method

Go to Settings → Billing → Payment Method. Click Update Card. You'll be taken to a Stripe-hosted page to enter your new card details. The update takes effect immediately.

Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and UPI (for Indian accounts). Payments are processed in USD.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we'll retry 3 times over 7 days. You'll receive an email each time. If all retries fail, your account moves to read-only mode.

How to recover from a failed payment

Go to Settings → Billing → Update Card to add a valid card, then click Retry Payment. Your account is reactivated immediately.

Business details and GST

Go to Settings → Billing → Billing Details to add a company name, address, and tax ID (GST/VAT number). These appear on all future invoices.
